Birthday: August 1st

I am founder of PsyTech. By day I am a mild-mannered candle maker and owner of Celestial Scentsations Candles with a shop in our home, and an internet store. We specialize in soy candles, home fragrance items, and bath & body products. In my spare time I write for PARANORMAL and TWISTED DREAMS Magazines.

I am also an experienced Dowser, and a member of The American Society of Dowsers. Having been taught by my Father at the age of five, this knowledge had been passed down from his own Grandmother, who was a Cherokee Indian. I began dowsing with a pendulum, but for ghost hunting she prefers L-rods.

I am also a public speaker and have been asked to teach at paranormal conferences across the United States. I love upbeat music, sports (especially football, University of Kentucky sports, and the Lexington Horsemen), cooking and baking, reading (Stephen King especially), writing, photography, and karaoke.

Birthday: September 30th

Jessi is a Certified Ghost Researcher, Certified Paranormal Investigator, Certified Instructor, and Certified EVP Specialist. She is also a members of The American Society of Dowsers. I passed along my knowledge of dowsing to both daughters to carry on the family legacy, so Jessi is also a skilled dowser.

She is currently weighing her options for her career path... she wants to help people and she is trying to get a feel for an exact direction in which to travel.

Jessi is also a sensitive, with particular talent in empathy. She is a painter and loves creating artwork with her hands, and she has a real love of music. Jessi plays the trumpet, and was in Marching Band in high school. She loves Shakespeare, Van Gogh and Henry David Thoreau... and of course, watching sports and singing karaoke with her Mom!

We are descended from Celtic origin on the Matriarchal side, and Cherokee on the Patriarchal. We have always felt a special attunement with nature and the spirit world, and I guess this may have something to do with it. We do believe in universal Karma, and we believe that whatever you send out comes back to you threefold. We would never do anything to hurt or endanger any entity, living or passed. We do not claim to be psychic, but we will say we are sensitive to certain aspects of the spirit realm.

We have been accused on multiple occasions of being Treehuggers, and we admit it and embrace it fully! We try to be environmentally conscious because we believe our Mother Earth needs love just like everybody else does.

We are country gals, through and through. There's nothing better than kickin' back with our friends and good food & drink, enjoying a night under the stars and being serenaded by the sounds of the night. Big cities are not our style, we prefer being rural. Hell, even the small town we live in now is getting too big for our liking, and we are barely over 20,000 people. Even after being born in Kentucky and living here all these years it still brings a smile to our faces to drive by the horse farms down the road and see the foals in Spring, or to wade around in the creeks in Summer, or gather leaf piles to dive into in Fall, and even plop down in the snow and make snow angels in Winter.

Other than nature pursuits, we do enjoy other hobbies as well. I like to play games... mostly RPG types. My favorites are Harvest Moon (go figure!), the Shining Force series, and World of Warcraft (you're welcome to come find me sometime if you want, just drop me a message). We both love good scary movies, especially the ones that mess with your mind and make you think, and of course any great comedy... there is not enough laughter in our world. We play paintball whenever we can, but with our hectic lives it's not as often as we would like. Jessi is especially fond of amusement parks, mostly the rollercoasters. Unfortunately, I can rarely stomach the rollercoasters so I tend to hang around the water rides.

In all seriousness, we feel it is a great responsibility to uphold the reputation of ghost hunters, and we believe that consideration and respect to the living and the dead are essential in ghost hunting and the field of paranormal research and investigation.
